*How About Shipping cost?

If order more than 6pcs the shipping is free. If order less than 6pcs and more than 13pcs, please check with the Wholesale Price on the Home page.

*How can I trace my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there should be tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you could trace your order.

*How Long Will It Take To Delivery? 

Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and pack them. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. Standard shipping normally takes 1-2 days, and express shipping normally takes 5-8 days. Processing takes 1-2 days normally.
*Are the packages insured?
Shipping with couriers is insured and traceable online. Once your goods are sent out we will email you with a tracking number so you can trace your delivery.
We offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. Any missing issues reported, we will reship your order immediately

*Can I ship by UPS, DHL or TNT?

Yes, if you want ship by TNT, UPS. DHL, please contact us. The premise is the goods you ordered should be over 21kgs.But TNT, UPS, DHL are expensive, we are sorry that you should pay an extra shipping cost.

*How Do I Save On Shipping?

Due to the high price of international shipping, we suggest our customers to buy everything they want in one order. That way, the per-item shipping cost could be minimized. And if you buy more at a time, you will get more cut on shipping cost.

*How Can I Return A Faulty Item?

We will give a full refund only if the item you receive is different from the description. A Refund will be given after the item is received back to the store. It must be returned within 3 days of receipt and in the same condition it was sent in. You must contact us before shipping any items back. We will not refund shipping costs and do not reimburse for shipping back to me.

TIP: Please do not send faulty goods back without discussing with us. It is very hard for us to handle a package without any necessary order information. We will also give you some instructions for returning goods from your country to China.

--You will receive a order conformation after we receive your payment to your email. We can provide a tracking number to you after 1 day, due to packages not being able to be tracked until they arrive to the USA. The tracking number will be sent your email.
--All shoes run true to size.
--All goods must be paid in full before anything is ship.
--We only accept Western Union and T/T for payment.

Return/Exchange
--We only offer store credits on shoes that are brand new and in the condition that we sent them to you.
--Some unexpected reasons for exchange are: I don't want the shoes anymore; I ordered the wrong size or color, colors of shoes is darker or lighter than pictured, and shoes do not fit.
--Acceptable Reasons for exchange: Wrong shoes or size sent, factory defect on shoes, mistake on jordanshoeswholesale2005@gmail.com   part.
--The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges back to us. If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you credit and an exchange.
--Customers must fill out our Return/Exchange form within 5 days of receiving shoes to get an exchange on the shoes.
--If your shoes are accepted for exchange we will notify you with instructions on how to mail it back to us.

Shipping & Delivery
--If you pay additional 15% guarantee fee, we can assure delivery safe! If package(s) lost, we assure refund or return as free!!!
--All Shoes are ship from China. The shipping carrier we use depends on where you are located.
--You will receive a tracking number from us after 1-3 days in which you can go to the shipping carrier's site and track the package(s)
--All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.
--In some instances (not all), there will be a customs charge applied to your package. Buyer is responsible for all customs charges (duty and tax) applied to your package.
